I have no air on any setting and on any speed air,heat, def.,ect...
The only thing is I can hear some thing open and close down low.


I have check all fuses and relays and I have run a wire off the battery to the plug on the blower and it runs fine.

The opening and closing noise are your vent doors
it either going to be your blower motor resistor or fan speed control switch I would start with the resistor

I have to agree with johnny, and say resistor, also maybe a dead spot in the blower motor itself.
