WIP: BMW F1.08 "Canadian GP" WinnerSpike2933 09-11-2009, 09:42 PM onto the next build. this was another one of those historic 2008 races in the F1 season, The Canadian GP had one heck of a race and Robert Kubica won his first career F1 race. The Kit is from Studio 27 and the kit is not bad, some fitment problems but its pretty easy to fix. http://i255.photobucket.com/albums/hh152/Spike2933/Work%20in%20Progress/BMW%20F1%2008%20Canadian%20GP%20Winner/100_2530.jpg http://i255.photobucket.com/albums/hh152/Spike2933/Work%20in%20Progress/BMW%20F1%2008%20Canadian%20GP%20Winner/100_2533.jpg The Panel Lines had to be fix as they were extremely shallow and more like a zig-zag. http://i255.photobucket.com/albums/hh152/Spike2933/Work%20in%20Progress/BMW%20F1%2008%20Canadian%20GP%20Winner/100_2535.jpg http://i255.photobucket.com/albums/hh152/Spike2933/Work%20in%20Progress/BMW%20F1%2008%20Canadian%20GP%20Winner/100_2537.jpg More to come. cheers, Steve Decs0105 09-12-2009, 04:19 AM great choice although probably one of the most difficult with all the flaps and wings... I will follow this one closely. jaykay640 09-12-2009, 06:35 AM I'll be following too:-) I'm still fighting with myself wether or not to buy another of those Studio27 "problem kits" ( pun intended....). I really like that BMW with all those winglets...unlike this years ugly duckling. Spike2933 09-16-2009, 07:34 PM Rear Suspension finally and brutally finished lol (I hate Carbon Fiber  ) http://i255.photobucket.com/albums/hh152/Spike2933/Work%20in%20Progress/BMW%20F1%2008%20Canadian%20GP%20Winner/100_2540.jpg http://i255.photobucket.com/albums/hh152/Spike2933/Work%20in%20Progress/BMW%20F1%2008%20Canadian%20GP%20Winner/100_2541.jpg with Flash http://i255.photobucket.com/albums/hh152/Spike2933/Work%20in%20Progress/BMW%20F1%2008%20Canadian%20GP%20Winner/100_2544.jpg till next time, Steve da_ashman 09-16-2009, 08:44 PM Nice build so far, Go BMW!!!! lotus123 09-17-2009, 12:42 AM Nice build so far, Go BMW!!!! Chris Spike2933 09-17-2009, 10:47 PM I was planing on using TS-26 Pure White, I don't believe there is anything special to BMW's color, then Mica Blue (was told thats the best with the decals given) vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
