2003 Yukon Tire QuestionBrianP 09-10-2009, 03:59 PM OE tires are Firestone Wilderness. Have 70K miles on them so looking for new tires. I was just planning on buying the same tire as I've been happy with them. Also saw that Firestone has a similar tire called the Destination LE that seems to have better reviews than Wilderness. Anyone familiar with this tire? bcopeland 09-23-2009, 04:34 PM No - I always use Michelins for the life of the tire and the quietness of the ride. But there are good substitutes. Just don't believe in Firestones. lonniegl 10-11-2009, 06:17 PM OE tires are Firestone Wilderness. Have 70K miles on them so looking for new tires. Anyone familiar with this tire? I had Firestone Wilderness OEM and replaced them with Destination LE and was very happy with them. BrianP 10-28-2009, 11:44 AM After further research I ended up going with General Grabber HT. Very pleased so far. Very quiet and smooth ride, great traction. Will see what happens when it snows. lonniegl 10-28-2009, 07:39 PM After further research I ended up going with General Grabber HT. Very pleased so far. Very quiet and smooth ride, great traction. Will see what happens when it snows. Let us know how they work out. I bought those Generals for my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee about 6 months ago and I like them. Also they were the OEM tires on a Chevy Transverse I rented last month and were incredibly smooth and quiet.
