Searched here and 3si, as well as general internet searching, and i cant seem to find a walkthrough. it's frustrating becasue i know ive seen one before.
Im trying to remove the fake window panel in the sail panels so i can take them and get them professionally cleared.
Help appreciated!

same way you take out a windshield. remove everything around it (inside and out) and cut it out with piano wire.

Lots of removal.

Remove rear seats, remove rear speaker panel covers, remove b pillar trim.

You also have to remove the rubber seal from around the doors, remove the metal it slides into, then remove the outer a pillar trim. This is because there is a screw for the sail panel that goes under it.

Once all that is removed there are 3 (iirc) nuts for the sail panel and 3(iirc) for the faux window.

All of that has to come out to remove the actual 1/4 window anyway.
