I been having this problem with the car for a bit now so the car does not what to revv past 3k. Before i repaired some minor problems i tried out a now IAC and a new TPS and still the same thing. When i unplugg the IAC the car will revv up normal but once the IAC is plugged it wont go past 3k. Also my water pump was bad so what i did was changed out the water pump because the car was overheating. The fan did not want to kick in also so i changed out the coolant temp sensor was well. So now that i got those 2 thing out of the way does anyone have a clue of whats causing my car not to revv past 3k. It seems like the ECU is not wanting the car to revv past 3k. The check engine code i got was: P1663 something about the IAC closing the coil. Anyone have any idea?

Yeah it will not, because that model is not specific for Hyundai Ascent.
