2007 Camry with 150,000 Kms

I'm sure some of you have come across these at used car dealers. A beautiful new car that looks way out of your price range, and you see the window sticker and, to your amazement, its cheap! That happened to me the other day. I'm helping my mother-in-law shop for a new(er) car, and we saw a 2007 Toyota Camry XLE - mint green on tan leather - for $17K CAD. The kicker is that it has almost 100,000 miles - on a 2007! Its not a rental and looks to be in good condition, save for some stone chips and wear on the headlights and front grille. The thing is an '07 XLE with low miles would usually go for $22K or more, so its a good deal, but should I be scared about the miles? She isn't going to be driving a whole lot, maybe 15K miles/year. Any suggestions/advice about newer high-mileage cars???
