I was wondering if anyone has tried this yet? I was thinking of using the convertibles metal parts to make a fiberglass hardtop. My top is ripped and i dont wanna replace it. Basically i got this car for 100 bucks. It needs new cv's new fenders, paint, brakes, top, shocks, and alotta work done to the body. I've filled about 6 holes and working on on on the outside of the frame and one more in the floor. Its overall not as bad as it sounds. Its well worth saving.

It currently has 70k on it. And the engine runs amazing but has the 3 speed auto :banghead:

Just wondering any advice on the construction of the hardtop. Or if you can buy them online?

Nothin wrong with a 3 speed auto. I love mine.:grinno: For 100 bucks, you stole it, even if you pull the engine and scrap the rest.
