Hi guys!
I am a new bee on this forum and this is my first post.
I just bought 1999 4Runner and I wonder if it is normal
for the cooling fun operate at full speed the moment I turn the engine on.
It makes VERY loud acoustic noise and produce high air flow for about
1 min before coming to a quiet operation.
