The car is a 97 Nissan Sentra, JDM GE16DE

I replaced my head gasket, the car needs some serious timing, i dont know how this is done. my buds got a timing light, just need to know how to do it. the car turns over but it sounds terrible he said it might be grounds as well.

any ideas?
