Fuel Pressure Gauge for TBI91Caprice9c1 08-28-2009, 05:31 AM Since I just told a bunch of people to check fuel pressure on their metros, and it took me a little while to fashion a tool to do so myself back in the day, I decided to post a picture of the apparatus I used when I worked on metros. http://i77.photobucket.com/albums/j64/isc20/017.jpg This is just your run of the mill Actron unit (that I acquired from Sears) modified with a T-fitting and a couple hose clamps to work in-line with our TBI systems. -Matt GM Line Rat 08-30-2009, 10:32 AM Hey Matt! Looks like this gauge setup required you to remove/cutoff the schrader valve connector on the end of the hose, then modify the setup with the T-Fitting, hoses and clamps..........Correct? A simple but effective setup for checking FP for the Metro Matt......Nice! You are precisely right. Beware - the inside diameter of the hose is very small, and requires a little material to be removed before you can get it around the nipple on the t-fitting. -Matt vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
