Dodge Charger "General Lee"R11Furia 08-27-2009, 02:34 PM Hi! I made the General Lee, of the tv movie "The Dukes of Hazzard" http://i31.tinypic.com/5b4f9g.jpg http://i26.tinypic.com/2dqshuw.jpg Open the two little enter air of the hood http://i32.tinypic.com/2nsmamo.jpg Paint in orange http://i25.tinypic.com/ng8rhd.jpg And put the decals: http://i32.tinypic.com/2rx9myf.jpg http://i25.tinypic.com/8wgt1f.jpg http://i31.tinypic.com/24lu3gi.jpg Saludos! rsxse240 08-27-2009, 03:50 PM If I am not mistaken (this happens a lot, mind you), those "holes" are actually supposed to be turn signal indicators. My friend at work has a Chrysler 300 of that vintage with indicators on the fenders and I've seen those indicators as a trend on a lot of Dodge/AMC/Chrysler cars of that era. Your paint looks great and the decal application as well. I can't wait to see what you accomplish with this horrible model! (sorry, I've built a few of these and know what a crappy model it is with it's inaccuracies and design flaws) alviga69 08-27-2009, 07:19 PM Excelente Trabajo!!! me gusto mucho, ese mismo lo tengo en Stand By I liked a lot  Cheers Aldo Villegas G Cd de Mexico R11Furia 08-28-2009, 05:54 AM If I am not mistaken (this happens a lot, mind you), those "holes" are actually supposed to be turn signal indicators. Paint is really shiny. I made one of these without the decals. I know the problems with the kit, the rear window is for the Charger 500 not the regular Charger that the Dukes of Hazzard used but you can get a reasonable result as the shape is generally good. My brother Viccario put a thread on for mine for me before I got on the web. The link follows: http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=607968&highlight=Dodge+Charger R11Furia 09-04-2009, 09:37 AM Looking good so far. Paint is really shiny.
