Welcome to AF.

Which side.....driver or passenger side lamp? It is easy. Best thing to do is safely jack up the side of the car you want to work on. Use a jack stand to hold the car up for safety. Laying on your back from underneath where the fog lamp assembly is located locate the electrical connector. Grab the fog lamp part and twist off from the fog lamp assembly keeping the electrical connector connected. Once lamp is down then remove the electrical connector to replace the lamp. To give you more clearance to work you can remove the small plastic splash panel from the bumper cover. Should be just two small screws with 8mm size head.
