Anyone else have a problem getting their '03 Vs into reverse ?? Maybe it's just breaking in or whatever, but it's sometimes annoying .. I can feel it not going into gear, so I just have to jiggle around with it and it works after a while .. This isn't a problem ALL of the time .. Just occasionally .. Wondering if anyone had any input .. Thanx :D

It's normal, it is because of the synchro on rev (or lack there of). It's like that to keep you from accidently going into reverse while driving, have you never driven a manual before? It's like that on every manual as a safety feature.

you want some? come and get it! hehe j/k :D

I didn't mean that offensively, just wondering because that feature is there on all manuals, to keep the idiot drivers from going to reverse while flying 90 down the freeway. 1st gear should be the same way, sometimes it helps to go to the other gears first and then try to put it back into the gear you want, or go to neutral, let out the clutch, push it back in and then go into gear.

Thanx .. I think I've got the hang of it now .. Just applying pressure with my hand as I'm letting off the clutch ..

And, yea .. We're gonna fight. :D

I have that same problem, in fact most of the time i will have to release my clutch and reapply pressure before reverse will go into place

Try putting it in first then into Reverse. Do you leave it in gear when you park or do you use the E brake or both?
