95 3.8 5spd starts fine cold, no spark when warm

Friend's 95 3.8L 5spd.

Starts instantly when cold, and will run all day just fine. Once the motor is warm it won't restart, it cranks fine, but has no spark. Have to let it cool down for an hour or more before it will start again.

He has changed crank sensor, cam sensor, coil pack. Ground near battery on fender looked questionable, so we fixed that.

Only code is O2 sensor heater

You may need that 02 sensor but that will not kill spark. most likely ign module. ICs and transistors are heat sensitive and usually work cold then crap out when hot

Isn't the ICM part of the coil pack?

I looked up at napa and coil is seperate from ICM.Autozone has great pixs of these parts
