Morning all. I had a question of whether or not I purchased this Short Ram Intake out of haste or not. I have owned this car since 2000 and it has currently 126k miles. Recently after riding in my buddies modded up 92 Mustang I wanted to finally try things with my Lumi. He recommended I started with the Intake. My question is, my Short Ram Intake finally showed up from eBay, had only the hole for the Engine Breather and not the Air Sensor, would I be better off A: Returning it, keeping stock B: Drilling a hole for the sensor C: Attaching the Intake and let the sensor hang loose? Currently it's attached and the Air Sensor is pressed against the Intake pipe. http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/images/icons/icon3.gif(on a side note, I noticed more RPM's and a better sound, but havent "felt" a considerable difference)

With a stock cam and heads the intake has a limited effect on performance. The sensor has an effect on fuel mixture you cannot just leave it " hanging"

soon as i get back to my shop ill drill a hole into it to size. where is a good place to start with adding performance to this good ole lumi? starting with the cheapest things, possibly most effective?
