My wifes car is acting up. We have been reading and searching for about a year now trying to find out whats going on with it...but no luck.

She gets a code that says random cylinder 6 mis-fire, and thats it. We have not replaced any sensors yet. Just wires, plugs, cap and rotor (i think thats what she had done...?). Anyone have any input on this, or where we should start looking?
