Brembo Caliper Coverslilsweets3138 08-15-2009, 02:45 PM So what is everyones thoughts and opinions on Brembo caliper covers?? I found some at HP Racing(car shop here) and they are for cavaliers. They are made of good quality and really look nice. They weren't cheap, $89.00. I know it's far from the real thing but this fits my budget range as of now. They even sell them for mustangs so I figured If they sell them for those kinds of cars they must be good. So let me know what you think and thanks alot. JStumpalump150 08-15-2009, 08:00 PM why would you want that? thats like taking a picture of your cat and telling everyone you own a lion. if you just flash them the picture they will think its cool but anyone who looks at it for more than half a second will laugh their as off. just my 2 cents lilsweets3138 08-15-2009, 10:51 PM why would you want that? thats like taking a picture of your cat and telling everyone you own a lion. if you just flash them the picture they will think its cool but anyone who looks at it for more than half a second will laugh their as off. just my 2 cents lol..okay.Thanks JStumpalump150 08-18-2009, 10:48 PM im not trying to be obnoxious or anything, thats just my opinion WheelerXp 08-19-2009, 12:57 AM Can of spray paint never hurt anyone. :) JStumpalump150 08-19-2009, 03:11 AM yes, i am actually going to do that myself, it makes it look sporty but does not make it look fake WheelerXp 08-19-2009, 12:28 PM Ive been thinking about doing that too. I wanted Either lime green or Red. Think it would be ok to just cover everything else with a towel. Or should i actually take the caliper off, just had to re bleed the breaks to put them back on. J-Ri 08-20-2009, 04:58 PM I would personally remove the calipers to paint them. Mainly because I would sand them smooth all around and it would be a PITA kneeling down for that long (don't want brake dust/grease/road debris under the paint). It's hardly any work to take them off, and 99% of the time you'll be fine just gravity-bleeding the brakes as long as the lines don't run dry. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
