:banghead: I have a 97 dodge ram 5.2 1500 2wd 161,000 miles. Truck runs good most of the time. Started having an intermittent problem. On my 35 mile drive to work the truck will run good for the for 10 or so miles at 70 then it will start to stutter and lose power. It will maintain about 50 for a few miles. Any attempt to step on the gas will surge and shake. After a few miles or stopping and sitting for a few mins. I will start running fine again and make the rest of the trip no prob. The cel comes on but that because of the o2 sensor. Rodded out the cat because it was stopped up. Change the plugs, wire, cap, coil. Sometimes it takes alittle while to slip into to od but other than that shifts through all gears fine. Any help will be greatly appriciated.
