1999 honda accord door not working

do you guys know much about passager side doors on a 1999 honda accord because my door only on the outside will not open (the inside of the door will open)and i see that the wire has gone off so what do i do to fix that? do i have to take the door off?(how do i do that any easy ways?) do i have to buy any parts to fix my door.

Not sure what wire you are referring to.

Door handles operate the door latch by means of metal rods that sometimes get stretched or bent, or sometimes the retainer can pop off and let them fall off.

All that needs done is to remove the interior door panel and take care of the problem....if the rod is stretched, take it off and reshape it so it operates the latch. If it popped off, put it back in place and replace the retainer...you'll usually find it down in the bottom of the door, but if it popped off, a new one may be needed.
