i have a '96 lumina and for the life of me i cant get the speedometer to work...... i have changed the vss and the instument cluster contaning the speedometer with no luck... if any one has any ideas...any help would be nice

The speedo gets its signal pulses from the PCM. The PCM scales the pulses for the final drive ratio. If the cruise doesn't work either, there may be a problem with the signal from the PCM.
