Access to spark plugs Tblazer 03 V6

I want to replace the spark plugs on my 03 Trailblazer. I have the 4.2L 6-cylinder engine with 65K miles. What do I have to remove to access them?

You are correct. It is the L6 4.2L engine.

Remove the coil and then remove the plug..pretty straightforward operation
