This is the Revell Monogram re-issue. I got it because I made it years ago as a boy. The shape isn't quite right especially around the top of the windscreen so lots of re-shaping done there. Also really tricky to get the bonnet / grille fit reasonable as the bonnet / wings are one separate piece that hinges forward. I have added a bonnet scoop from a Revell 56 Chevy as I didn't like the angular 'snorkel' one it came with. I have also considerably lowered the ride height as it originally looked like a 4 x 4. Still lots of cleaning up & tweaking to go yet! Not sure what colour scheme to go for?
