Is the TCC solenoid vacuum operated?

I found a broken vacuum hose between the transmission and firewall and was wondering if this is the cause.

The vacuum diagram shows a line between the throttle body and "transmission vacuum module", is the the TCCS?

I have a code for the TCCS too.

I patched the hose but I fear there could be debris in it. Replacing the hose is much more appealing than dropping the transmission.

The TCC is commanded by the pcm to an internal solenoid in the trans, there are no vacuum circuits here. The hose you refer goes to the trans vacuum modulator for upshift timing.

My check engine light has been off since I patched the hose and the "TC/VCC Clutch Engagement Problem code" - P039" is now "HISTORY".

Other codes are I039 (H), T027 (C), T025 (H).
