will the hood fenders and radiator core support and headlight assemblys and other front unibody items from a 95 civic interchange with a 96 civic any help would be appreciated thanks

I don't think so, 1996 saw a complete redesign of the civic. If you have the 95 available, take some measurements and compare to the 96 but I'm pretty sure the entire design is different.
