Toyota Celica Import RacerMBZProjext09 07-28-2009, 10:56 AM I Am finally in process of making "Lambo Doors" well look alikes of them. Since i am not an adult i cannot cut metal with the cutting tool so i had to yank the door hinge off.. So heres some pics of the celica im working on http://i476.photobucket.com/albums/rr128/ChrisJ96/IMG_5351.jpg And a pic of the door and hinge. http://i476.photobucket.com/albums/rr128/ChrisJ96/IMG_5350.jpg I Am going to use a paper clip in this car. To support the METAL Door......YES A STUPID IDEA but i dont know of any other way...... MidMazar 07-28-2009, 04:43 PM How old are you? Looks like a cool build, but should be in the diecast forum. GTmike400 07-28-2009, 05:56 PM How old are you? Looks like a cool build, but should be in the diecast forum. Moved. Doc305 07-28-2009, 06:21 PM Keep it up kid, you'll only get better with experience, and experience comes in time. As for your paper clips hinges... I'm not sure if that's the way to go. Look at pictures, go to google and look for Lambo doors, look at many pictures, specifically the higher quality images and the ones focusing on the hinges. Hopefully then you can have more ideas on how to do what you want. I think there are only two models of this car available in 1/18 scale (Jada/Autoart), how about you try to make your car look as detailed as an Autoart model but with the added aftermarket wheels you already have... idk, just an idea. GL MBZProjext09 07-28-2009, 08:17 PM im 12. i thought this was the diecast forum part? maybe i looked at it wrong. ericmaxman 07-29-2009, 11:43 AM looking forward to this..btw, mind to share what you have in the background there? i spy a convertible mustang..and a R/C R8..
