What did you add extra? Can't wait for more!! Hi Midmazar, to answer your question I just took the following photo from the mentioned link ( http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=956358 ). Here you can see the chassis from the Tamiya kit and the parts coming with the transkit, this chassis is box stock. All wiring I added according to some photos http://www.scaleproduction.de/htmlbilder/bilder/100_9970.jpg godfather23 07-29-2009, 03:03 AM I knew you would build this kit. And for sure I was waiting for you to build it. Nice start. Did you alreayd see any problems with the conversion of the Alfa 155 to the DTM Mustang. I guess that it will fit like glove? Robert sportracer02 07-31-2009, 01:56 AM Nice start. Did you alreayd see any problems with the conversion of the Alfa 155 to the DTM Mustang. I guess that it will fit like glove? Robert Hi Robert, the Alfa chassis is cut to size, and I guess, everything will fit (after some testfitting, of course, but this is what you do on every kit) Once more concerning the rating with the stars: my self-confidence for sure won´t suffer from a one star ranking :nono: , but maybe the one, who gave the rating, has the self-confidence to post here, what´s wrong - just for me to know, what I can improve on my next model (probably he has NO self-confidence :evillol: ) JTRACING 07-31-2009, 01:59 AM Nice details so far on the interior! look forward to seeing more johanthemodeler 07-31-2009, 02:47 AM As always i really like your builds:D Exellent start on an very interesting subject Johan quadzero 07-31-2009, 05:16 PM Wow, what a start. I can hardly wait to see more of this. Beautiful clean work with all the fittings. How do you attach the hose clamps? I mean specifically the ones holding down the hoses on the inner fenders. stormer_GS 08-01-2009, 10:36 AM Very nice work on the details, Micha! sportracer02 08-17-2009, 02:42 PM sam01contact 08-17-2009, 04:59 PM Great, clean work!! Did you use small wire as clamps to hold it on the rear fenders? What is the texture on the seats and dash? Looks like more than just paint. very nicely done. sportracer02 08-22-2009, 12:27 PM Well im giving you a 5-star rating because as mentioned above its five star work.Great wiring work!! Did you use small wire as clamps to hold it on the rear fenders? What is the texture on the seats and dash? Looks like more than just paint. very nicely done. Thanks ;-) yes, the wiring is hold down by little silver wire, which sticks in a tiny hole. texture is done by flat black airbrushing, after drying a light coat of grey from the distance. Here the finished interior: http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/28/1077928/3361313137646638.jpg http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/28/1077928/3661646636666162.jpg http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/28/1077928/6466313361346636.jpg Peebo 08-22-2009, 03:15 PM Hi Micha, I like the nice details, such as the electrical wiring, the tubes etc. Greets Peebo sportracer02 09-06-2009, 02:59 PM Hi, body is white now with decals on, I applied clear and now everything drys to be sanded and polished http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/28/1077928/3830383231633065.jpg http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/28/1077928/3565626163636465.jpg dieteufel 09-07-2009, 01:42 AM Hi Micha !! Body looks shiny, the panel lines might be a little too dark though. Either way great progress!! 360spider 09-23-2009, 01:04 PM Panel lines look way too dark IMO. But other than that - looks superb. Love all the interior detailing! sam01contact 09-23-2009, 01:24 PM The body looks great Micha! What paint/Clear combo did you use? mn80228 09-23-2009, 02:07 PM Excellent work. Glad to see one in progress. I picked up an Alfa kit a couple months ago, with the intention of taking on this kit. Not sure I can do it the same justice as you. Looks great, and I am definitely following this one! gasdriverca 09-23-2009, 08:57 PM No complaints from me.....its looking crisp! sportracer02 09-24-2009, 01:04 AM Thanks for the comments. I agree, the panel lines appear very hugh, in reality they are not that dominant, maybe the "digicam-factor". Nevertheless, body will get some more polishing, what will take away some more colour from the panel lines SCORPIONFB 09-24-2009, 08:21 AM Looks Pretty good !!!. I like so much the interior details. Nice work with the decals. jaykay640 09-24-2009, 05:25 PM Really nice work, especially on the interior! Shunter 09-25-2009, 07:20 PM Sweet job, this reminds me of the version Dick Johnson raced here in Australia. Great looking job so far. Those panel lines must have been a pain to do? sportracer02 10-01-2009, 03:08 PM hueb_s 10-02-2009, 02:41 AM Veeeery nice! Reminds me of the good old days at the Norisring... gasdriverca 10-02-2009, 02:23 PM What a beauty mate......love it!!! FraFi 10-05-2009, 04:35 AM Hi Micha, great built so far :eek2: my one is also 80% done: http://foto.arcor-online.net/palb/alben/52/2095952/6261343835616230.jpg Frank sportracer02 10-05-2009, 12:42 PM Looks nice, Frank, will you fix it up until Fankfurt? jaykay640 10-05-2009, 06:09 PM Really nice progress. Never knew one of these raced in DTM... FraFi 10-06-2009, 02:31 AM Looks nice, Frank, will you fix it up until Fankfurt? Hi Micha, thanks! I will try  Frank bigbertha 10-07-2009, 01:39 PM Superb result. Did you use the Tamiya race Alfa 155 as the base kit? Could you alos use the Tamiya road Mustang (I think it's the 1994 version)? Anyway great finish on an unusual subject. I remember that the Mustangs generally didn't do that well in DTM aprt from one race with long straights where the Horsepower got it in the lead for a while (was it Norisring?) MidMazar 10-07-2009, 02:41 PM Looks beautiful micha, i wish i still lived in poland. I would come out to one of the shows you attend to see your work. The panel lines are a little dark, but i don't mind them. Please post finished pics soon!! sportracer02 10-11-2009, 11:38 AM hi, see the finished model here: http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=6048924#post6048924 vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
