Nothing from the motor or tranny is interchangable. I doubt that the radiator will be either, same for the alternator. To be sure, go to rockauto.com and look those parts up on both vehicles. If the part numbers are the same then you are certain you can interchange them. Your best bet is sticking to body and interior parts. the only difference in the body between the regular caravan and the grand is that the rear quarter panels are longer on the grand (loner wheel base), but the doors are the same size.
