95 JDM H22 help, 3200 rev limiter

Hey all, just had a buddy of mine put in a obd1 h22 in my girls ragged 99 prelude. coverted wire harness to use the jdm ecu. everything runs fine but having a 3200 rev limiter. distributor/plugs/plug wires are all about 6 months old.

Any help is greatly appreciated!:banghead:

ecu may be in limp mode, not sure what its call. its to prevent engine damage cause something may not be wired up right or disconnect. just my 2 cents. You can give www.jshmotors.com (http://www.jshmotors.com) a call their really good with the jdm engines.
