My girlfriend took a curb relatively slowly but the car came down hard. Using a mirror and flashlight I can see the source of a water leak coming from an open hose ... I think it's a/c. No warning lights, no odd smells... I'm pretty sure it isn't part of the coolant system.

It's a 2003 Civic Hybrid. Any ideas?
