My 99 sebring JXI is up and running great, the chrysler dealer was worth every penny and a pretty penny it was! But wanted to let others know what fixed my problem... alternator replaced (was overcharging causing damage to the PCM) and rebuilt PCM( powertrain control modular or computer) installed cured the code of 1391. They said PCM couldn't communicate with alternator. Good luck to anyone else with this problem!:runaround:
