My turn signals only work when my headlights are on and my emergency lights are on. All outside lights work. I have replaced one signal socket on drivers left and have replaced flasher. I do not know what to do next.

emergency flasher switch is probably bad . turn it on & off a few times . see if it helps .

Could be the multi-function switch on the column. This is the stalk that switches on your headlights, brights and turn signals.
