My blazer died in the driveway. When I turn the key and the starter engages but doesn't start. There are no dash lights and my obd port is dead and the gas gauge says all the way full when the tank is not. Checked fuses and all are good. So can someone point me in the right direction, Ignition switch, computer. Thanks in advance.

Does it have 12 volts battery power to fuses?

yeah 12v to fuses. radio, wipers, windows, cig lighter, turn signals all work. no gauges or fuel pump sounds though. Also the shifter is locked and won't let me shift from park.
