What are the '80 Toyota 20R 4cyl. water pump bolt torque specs? They are not in th manual they just have the 6cyl specs, which are:
14ft/lb for the thermostat &
13ft/lb for the water pump...

Should i do them @ 10 ft/lb & see if it leaks???

Thought I could help you out but ALLDATA only goes back to 1982 with the 22R
