Hello, just a quick question hopefully with a quick answer. My friend has 94 Legacy that currently has a Check Engine light on. I wanted to help him read the codes and told him to get a manual and while the Chilton's Guide that he got tells you what the flashing codes are it doesn't actually tell you how to get the codes. So I need some help in finding out just what connections on the DLC/OBD I need to plug the jumper wire into so that don't end up shorting something out.

The 92 Loyale's could be read by just looking under the dash about where you knees are. Look for a red blinking light near there. I'm not sure about the Legacy's though.
