After driving won't start when hot. Needs to cool 20-30 minutes before it will start. Replaced high pressure pump fittings and high pressure tubes going through cylinder head. Won't reach 500 psi off of high pressure pump. Any help would be greatly appreciated? I need to get this fixed so I can trade it in.

Any engine codes? Off the top of my head, i'm thinking coolant temp sensor. It will sense a higher than normal temp and cut off your power train control. It's considered an engine safety. Could be faulty. It's a cheap part, about $28 dollars at Ford.

There is nothing on a 6.0 that will not let it run as far as ECT goes. I would bet the high pressure pump needs the new update. comes in a bag from ford with a line-up tool made out of plastic.. It has a plate and two bolts with wing nuts all made out of white plastic. Have fun!
