I went to three different parts stores to replace the fuel pump, however all three were the same at each parts store. The old pump tanking out has two hose connectors on the top , One is about 1/4" and the other is 1/4'' all the new pumps have one 1/4'' connector on top. What should I do with the other hose, Is it a pressure hose .any info is helpful.

You need to hook up the other hose to the correct fuel pump. It's the return line. If you don't hook it up you'll drop a lot of fuel on the ground.
