Squeal from left rear wheel after brake jobrs6er 06-29-2009, 02:30 PM I recently changed rear seals, rotor backing plates, rotors, and pads. On first drive I hear squealing from right rear, particularly when truck is turning right. Any thoughts? 2001 Suburban 1500 4WD remove the wheel /tire and look for scraping on backing plate most likely... why didn't you replace the wheel bearings////?/? don't make sense to me... sanding of the rotors ??? rs6er 07-01-2009, 09:17 PM Wheel bearings were good.
