I own a 94 Lincoln tewn car, yesterday my anti lock light came on and stays on

9 times outta 10 this is caused by a sensor error. The common first step in diagnosis is to unplug each sensor, clean the contacts and inspect for damage, reconnect and check results.

Resistance measurements should be taken at each sensor while you're down there. I don't recall the resistance specs, but that'll come up later.
