Mono spring????3800Regal92 06-24-2009, 03:00 PM searching high and low for a mono leaf spring! goes in the rear eand of my 3800 regal, i can find the bushings, the insallation/removal tool but not the actual spring, i really don't want to go dealer part only on this, can anyone help? richtazz 06-25-2009, 05:27 PM Regretfully, they are a dealer only part. I don't know of an aftermarket company that makes a reproduction version. Have you checked e-bay and such? toddman67 06-25-2009, 09:42 PM Try www.wilbertsgmparts.com (http://www.wilbertsgmparts.com) I looked one up and they show having it. It's not in your area, but they will ship. Give them a call. 3800Regal92 06-26-2009, 09:41 PM thanks for the link didn't want to go dealer, a new one is more than my blue book toddman67 06-26-2009, 10:01 PM No problem, Give these guys a call, they are a class act salvage yard that specialize in Buick and GM parts. If they don't have it they can usually find what you need for you. 3800Regal92 06-26-2009, 10:16 PM sweet, not to change subject but i changed my fuel pump, still stalls, goiung for crank sensor now, what do you think toddman67 06-26-2009, 10:33 PM First of I would check for flash codes. Check www.troublcodes.net (http://www.troublcodes.net) for information. Also many times these stalling issues can be solved by removing the throttle body, removing the sensors and cleaning it good with throttle body cleaner. Make sure the passages are clear. Vacuum lines are also a major cause of stalling. Check and clean EGR valve if applicable and the IAC valve seat and plunger. 3800Regal92 06-26-2009, 10:57 PM new iac, icm, o2, fuel filter, fuel pump, plugs-wires, thermostat, coolant change, air filter, cleaned MAF sensor, most vacum tubes/hoses, new computer did nothing so i returned it, last code i got was 17 (some sort of rpm crank signal count problem)?? sounds like crank sensor to me. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
