Just want to let everyone know that Tirerack sold me a set of four eagle f1 tires and one had a sidewall bubble on it. I had to deal with 3 different customer service reps they all didn't help me at all. Finally had to report them to the BBB at which point they finally offered to meet me halfway and ship me a new tire for the low low low price of 130 SHIpped :wtf:

everything went fine until I needed something.

My boy just bought 1 rim from them today lol. But he's purchased a set of tires and rims from there no problems before. Guess everything can't be perfect.

Suckage man... I've always had great experiences with them before and we've bought lots of tires through them.

After this, hopefully I'll never have to deal with their customer service. I just got 4 tires delivered the other day for the Spyder and everything went smoothly. That sucks that they charged you for the replacement tire.

Weird, i've always had a great experience with them. But Also... never had to deal with their customer service, so i cant speak on that end. Sorry it happened to you like this OP... it's no fun i know ;/
