Can anyone tell me how to remove/replace mult-function turn sinal lever on a 95 Buick Century?

Your car doesn't have a 1-piece assembly that includes the lever and switch like most new cars have. Your's is basically 3 pieces: the lever, the pivot/wiper switch, and the turn signal/multi-function switch (which includes the turn signal cancel cams).

On the lever, you just push it in and turn in about a 1/4 turn to release it from the pivot assembly, then unplug the cruise control harness. If it broke off inside the pivot, and you can't get hold of the stub with needle nose pliers to remove it, you'll have to remove the airbag and steering wheel to gain access to it.

If it's the multifunction switch itself (the cancelling assembly and wiring harness), the air bag, steering wheel and lock plate have to be removed, then the harness needs to be followed down the steering column to the terminal block it plugs into. There is a small bolt in the center of the terminal block that holds it together so the M/F switch harness can be disconnected from it. The harness on the new switch needs to be routed back down the column and pugged into the terminal block.

If the pivot is broke, you'll have to remove the steering wheel and airbag to access the screw that holds it in place, then follow the wiring down the column.

Thanks richtazz. I appreciate the response. Hopefully I'll get chance to try it out this weekend.
