2002 Dodge Caravan stays in Limp in mode

I have a 02 Caravan it stays in limp in mode all of the time. Reguardless of what do you unhook the battery or what ever. I am looking for some input of what could be wrong with it.

I have put 3 TCM's in it new used ones and one reman from Chrysler.

It has a P0755 in it which is 2/4 Solenoid Circuit.

No BATT voltage from terminal 15 @TCM to the transmission control circuit to the TCM relay. That is the circuit that engergizies the relay.

All wires are ok, I have checked all power and grounds to TCM are fine.

I still have no voltage from terminal 15 after the Chrysler TCM, and I am unable to run the quick learn procedure or pinion factor test.

I have used two different scan tools a Modis with the 8.4 update and a brand new solus .

There are no codes present at this time, but it still will not perform the quick learn procedure. If I go drive it the PO755 will return.

Any input is welcome.

Thank you,

Earl

Might be something useful here: http://atsg.biz/articles/html/Cannot%20rely%20on%20the%20relay/Cannot%20rely%20on%20the%20relay.htm

That is a very good article RIP found. From your post and looking at the wiring diagrams I could access at work and from your code the relay is not your problem and the TCM is the last on the list to replace. The shop you are at has some very good test equiptment. Unfortunately the money spent on that is wasted if you don't have a good technical reference such as Alldata or Mitchell on Demand. More than likely your problem is in the wiring fro the TCM to the solenoid pack or the solenoid pack itself. If you look at fig #10 in the link you will see that power comes out of pin 30 of the relay and goes back to the TCM. That same wire is spliced and goes to the solenoid pack. That is where you need to start your search. I just skimmed the info in the link but in his diagnostic example you will see that if the relay is not being energized the trans controller would set a code. You don't have a code for the EATX relay.
