No accessory power

I plugged a small 12 volt compressor into one of the accessory plugs and put a few pounds into a tire. I then went to add a few pounds into another tire but the compressor siezed (older one, didn't realize that was the issue at first.) I tried it in the truck and it blew a fuse so I checked for power in the Malibu plug, none. I checked all fuses in the Malibu fuse panel, all are perfect. Everything works in the car except the fog lamps won't come on now (may not be related but they worked the last time I tried them.) There is no power to either of the accessory plugs in the car but everywhere else, I checked and everything else has power. Is there a breaker or something for these plugs?
