95 accord f22b2 can't access trouble codesricebike 06-12-2009, 08:48 PM ok i pulled the 2 pronged blue plug to see if there's any trouble codes stored in the ECU... when i put a jumper wire (paper clip) as described on: http://www.troublecodes.net/honda/ the SRS light flashes constantly instead of going into the CHECK engine light flashing codes before a year ago or more, it flashed me a bad o2 sensor code & i replaced it... now, they're having some intermittent problems and i want to access the car's ecu to see if any codes are stored... one guy told them it may be the TPS any help would be great somick 06-15-2009, 03:13 PM As far as I understand if your check engine light is not on, there are no codes stored in the ECU. Considering the age of the vehicle it might be a poor contact. Intermittent problems are the worst to deal with! Wait for the code to lit the check engine light and then check it out. Good luck, Sam ricebike 06-15-2009, 04:00 PM thanks, Sam... so that mechanic was just throwing a dart at their idling problem... I'll just advise them to change out the plug wires, cap, rotor, (plugs were done recently w/ the timing belt-water pump job) and possibly the fuel filter since it looks original :( vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
