2008 rubicon hand made flare fenders/armor

Hi, this is a proyect for a costumer, he wanted to replace the original fender for a metal ones, I used a 1 1/2" tube and 1/8" iron plate, first I had to make the shape in paper, thes cut it in the metal plate, bend the tubes and weld, the costumer wants to paint the side plates in original red and then paint the fenders in black, is going to look amazing,

This was a major concern because we had to mahe holes in the car, sorry about picture quality.
