I have a few questions and hopefully someone on here has some answers.

My power door locks stopped working, Is there a fuse for the locks and if so where are the fuses located.

The driver door handle is also broken off on the inside does anyone know if it is easy to replace yourself.

And lastly when I start the car it makes a loud whining noise and is idling really high. The whining noise eventually goes away and I can get it to idle normal if I kick it down. What can be causing this? The belt? Alternator? Or could it just need a tune up?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

IIRC the fusebox is located under the dash on the driver's side (above the emergency brake pedal). If you still have your owners manual it shows a picture of the fuse box with the locations of each fuse..
On the door handle, you'll have to take off the inner door panel to gain access to the other side of the handle and disconnect the rod. and bolts. If you can get your hands on a Chilton or Haynes manual there should be detailed info with pictures to guide you.
