I have the sport package in my Dakota but want to change the captain seats for a bench. Will this replacement be a straight forward swap or will I need to drill some new holes to the floor pan?

Switching to the standard 60-40 bench seat will be a straight bolt in. The problem will be covering the holes for the center console. I recommend leaving the bolts in the holes, and just running them all the way in.
