Tires for 15 x 10 Rims?

Hello!

I'm looking at purchasing a set of 15x10 inch rims for my 1997 Nissan Truck.

The rims have 33x12.5 tires on them, and they are much too big - they don't clear the wheel well.

My question is what is the smallest tire size that will fit on these rims?

Will 31x10.5 tires fit? That size clears the well, and so would any size close to that...

I think you will find that 15X10 rims are too big for your vehicle, unless you do a lift or modify the fenders.

And, no, a 31X10.50R15LT has an allowable rim width of 7" to 9".
