what part is it, and what does it fit? is that an oe or aftermarket part number?

Yeah it's the cluster for the instrument panel on an '05 durango. It should be OE. I just can't find it anywhere. and b/c of the bailout with chrysler the dealer can't get any. Thanks for any help.
