How do I go about changing the tensioner idler on my 2002 Dodge Neon? Will I have to drop the motor or what? Thanks for any anwsers.

Take the belts off and put a jack under the oil pan. Then remove the mounts and jack it up to access the bolts. You will need to jack it up quite a bit.
